Job Description

As a Territory Manager in WA, you will deliver category growth by selling against commercial plans, managing inventory, and executing customer agreements. Your role will be critical in driving profitability and ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage your territory to deliver mutual growth through flawless execution of customer plans, TIO management, and call compliance.
  • Sell-in all NPD using category insights to influence share of shelf and off-location support.
  • Deliver commercial calendar initiatives, bringing sales strategies to life in each customer, and meeting short-term and long-term objectives as set by Newspage.
  • Leverage store scan data and business reviews to drive sales opportunities, commercialize business objectives, and inform stakeholders using data analysis.
  • Record all activity in Newspage.
  • Maintain and use tools of trade appropriately, including vehicles, phones, iPads, and POS systems.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including Asahi territory contacts and multi-site operators, demonstrating excellent Power of One execution and stakeholder engagement.
  • Execute key site management, including stadiums, as determined on the journey plan.
  • Grow active customers in Adelaide across current channels, with future scope for 'white space' opportunities.
About You:
  • You understand customer and PepsiCo supply chain elements to influence On-Shelf Availability.
  • You can identify in-store sales growth opportunities against Blueprint objectives and implement plans to improve in-store execution.
  • You can interpret and apply category facts in customer interactions.
  • You can have natural selling conversations that result in action from customers.
  • You can anticipate and resolve customer objections using negotiation techniques.
  • You can apply retail maths in selling situations or conversations.
  • You can prioritize workload and manage time effectively to meet business expectations and deadlines.
  • You can work collaboratively to achieve individual and team goals.
  • You can contribute ideas and best practices to the team.
