Job Opportunity

This role provides accounting services, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, clerical support and reception duties.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records for accounts payable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and balance accounts.
  • Prepare and submit tax reports, such as BAS and PAYG.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Liaise with external accountants and auditors as necessary.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.
About the Role

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in accounts payable and receivable functions, with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • A high level of attention to detail, with proven quality and accuracy in their work.
  • Experience using Xero software.
  • Strong reconciliation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • An intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
