
Financial Services Specialist

This role provides accounting services, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, clerical support and reception duties.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate financial records for accounts payable.
- Reconcile bank statements and balance accounts.
- Prepare and submit tax reports, such as BAS and PAYG.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Liaise with external accountants and auditors as necessary.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
We are seeking a candidate with:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in accounts payable and receivable functions, with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
- A high level of attention to detail, with proven quality and accuracy in their work.
- Experience using Xero software.
- Strong reconciliation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- An intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Advanced knowledge of accounting software, including Xero.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
