Business Development Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for sales, business development, and consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market research.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with service offerings and market trends.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in IT Solution sales, Consulting or Digital Transformation.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing client portfolios.
  • Strong lead generation and deal-closing skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication abilities.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and collaborative.
