At Harris Real Estate, we are currently seeking a skilled Team Manager/ Property Consultant to join our team in the Glenelg office.

This exciting role combines property expertise with customer service skills, organisation, and sales abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Effective diary management and communication with clients.
  • Management of listings, sales, and property marketing for each property.
  • Coordinating the listing through to settlement.
  • Maintaining accountability for targets and KPIs.
  • Attending open inspections and auctions.
  • Prospecting, listing, and selling properties.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service.

Key qualifications include:

  • A current Real Estate Licence is essential.
  • Certificate IV in Property Services.
  • Practical experience in the Real Estate industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Agent Box preferred).
  • Strong time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
