About the Role

We are seeking a Merchandise Director to partner closely with the senior leadership team to drive a customer-centric product strategy across all categories. This key role will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to shape our product offerings, optimize pricing and inventory, and enhance sales performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present seasonal buying/trend strategies that meet margin and performance targets
  • Contribute to and lead long-term brand strategy development
  • Lead the transformation of design into wearable, commercially viable collections
  • Guide material and finish selections to ensure quality, brand consistency, and cost-effectiveness
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate costs, and ensure reliable production timelines

Requirements and Qualifications:

We're looking for an experienced retail professional with at least 7-10 years of experience in Buying/Merchandising, including 3-5 years in a senior management position. You'll have a proven track record of successful product assortment planning, pricing strategies, and inventory management. Your expertise in sales data analysis and forecasting will be essential in driving business growth.
