Job Overview

Our live-action video production team is seeking a seasoned leader to drive creative direction and production for multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative strategies across various projects
  • Collaborate with our creative team and clients to deliver exceptional results
  • Manage priorities, client expectations, and timelines under pressure
  • Coach junior to mid-level team members on production advice and client service guidance
  • Represent the organization on commercial video shoots, working as an on-set producer, assistant director, or director

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-6+ years of relevant work experience in a creative agency or production company
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Film and TV preferred
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with a genuine interest in storytelling
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and popular project management tools (Notion)
