Director of Educational Excellence

The Director of Educational Excellence will lead the school with a deep commitment to the wellbeing, growth and capability of students and staff. Collaborative leadership is key in this role, as you will work closely with teachers, parents and other stakeholders to advance the education program.

- Think creatively and innovatively to enrich an existing culture of excellence in teaching and learning.
Key Requirements
- Senior leadership experience in a school setting, including pre-school and primary education.
- Proven operational capabilities and change management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
