Job Title: Commercial Growth Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to take on the role of Commercial Growth Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth across Air, Sea, and Contract Logistics.
- Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs to shape our competitive position
- Collaborate with product and procurement teams to align trade lane strategies
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive sales growth
- Build a strong sales pipeline to secure new accounts while nurturing existing ones
- Negotiate bids, RFQs, and quotes to secure new business opportunities
Key Requirements:
- Solid experience and understanding of the freight forwarding industry
- A proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets
