">We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our close-knit team at a private hospital in Melbourne. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

- Support the nursing team with planning, assessment, implementation and evaluation of evidence-based patient care">
- Demonstrate professional practice as evidenced by adherence to AHPRA professional standards, code of ethics and conduct, legislative requirements, and health policies">
- Supervise and guide nursing staff to deliver patient care">
- Deliver education and support to patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs">
- Lead quality improvement and safety projects to deliver desired outcomes">
- Collaborate with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs">
- ">
- Current Registration with AHPRA">
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in ICU/CCU or ED">
- Understanding of the Australian National Commission in Quality and Safety Ten National Standards">
- Able to demonstrate initiative and work within a team environment">
- Excellent communication skills">
A competitive salary range of $36.13 to $48.32 per hour based on years of relevant nursing experience
