Program Overview:

The Critical Care Nurse Specialist program provides a unique opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge in critical care nursing. The program is designed for registered nurses who want to advance their careers and become specialists in intensive care or cardiac nursing.

As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist, you will work in a dynamic environment with a rotating roster. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced healthcare professionals and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

You will also have access to ongoing education and training opportunities, including a Graduate Certificate in Intensive Care or Cardiac Nursing. This program is delivered in partnership with a reputable university, ensuring that you receive the highest quality education and training.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Australian Citizenship / Permanent Residency; OR New Zealand Citizenship
  • A minimum of one-year acute clinical nursing experience following your graduate year within the acute clinical setting
