The Opportunity

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service in each interaction with our customers. You will be a key contact for sales and service enquiries, working within a friendly and inclusive team to take new orders and quotations, and provide product and pricing advice.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing tailored solutions to our customers
  • Interacting with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face to manage enquiries

  • Coordinating and managing the end-to-end logistics process

Requirements
