Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team based in Emu Plains. This role will be the face of BlueScope for our customers, ensuring exceptional service in each interaction. The successful candidate will be a key contact for sales and service enquiries and will work within a friendly and inclusive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face to manage a variety of enquiries.
  • Preparing and following up customer quotes, entering and managing customer orders while supporting our sales teams.
  • Coordinating and managing the end-to-end logistics process, including compliance with any requirements and regulations, updating all necessary systems that manage orders.
  • Managing the relationship with logistics and internal stakeholders and working together to improve cost efficiencies, resolving issues, and seeking ways to improve the customer's experience.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong customer focus, the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently, and a proactive approach in building constructive and effective relationships. The successful candidate will also have the ability to pick up new and custom IT systems quickly and a high attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
