We are seeking an exceptional Business Relationship Manager to join our team, someone who is passionate about building strong relationships and driving business growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the operational services and expenses of service teams across Australia and New Zealand, as well as the shares registry. You will provide leadership and strategic direction to Leaders, helping them drive operational efficiencies, member transactional and relationship activities.

Your key objectives will include:

  • Managing and achieving expenses and operational targets while driving automotive and group organizational objectives;
  • Developing business plans across all channels of accountability, focusing on growth, experience, people, and transformation, aligning with our Drive to Thrive strategy;
  • Ensuring the accurate and timely completion of responsibilities within set guidelines;

You will be an escalation point for any conflicts or complaints and resolve as required. You will also execute and adhere to our Automotive Leadership Operating Rhythm, which includes coaching and observations, informal coaching, check-ins, performance reviews and development discussions, team meetings, operations team meetings, focus sessions, and learning masterclasses.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of managing operational services and expenses;
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and set KRA's, operational plans, and allocation of service targets;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate reasons for outstanding call and account queries;
  • Experience in workforce planning, ensuring sufficient coverage of forecasted workloads;
  • Ability to manage IVR, proficiencies, overflows, and call groups to achieve optimum efficiency;
  • Knowledge of CRM calls and ability to report on call statistics;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service;
