Procurement Analyst Role

The Procurement Analyst position plays a vital role in providing analytical and event support across the procurement function.

About the Job

This is an opportunity to work with data tools such as Excel and MicroStrategy, leveraging your analytical skills to drive business decisions.

  • Support for Events: Assist with planning, coordination, and follow-up activities related to procurement events.
  • Commercial & Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis on procurement events to provide data-driven insights supporting negotiation, sourcing, and decision-making processes.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain procurement-related reporting, including spend profiles, supplier data, and category insights to inform business strategy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows within the procurement team and contribute to their execution.
  • Analytical Support: Provide general support to the procurement team through modelling, report building, and ad-hoc data analysis.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Engage with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, understand project scopes, and ensure alignment throughout procurement activities.
