Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support our Defence aviation contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Defence contract performance, reporting, and compliance
  • Lead day-to-day operational coordination and logistic support for deployments and exercises
  • Provide strategic and tactical support for new business capture and contract mobilisation
  • Maintain high-level client relationships across Defence and foreign military stakeholders
  • Liaise with government and Defence entities to support regional contingency and humanitarian response missions
  • Support base operations, facilities management, and Defence personnel admin needs
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across operations, safety, engineering, and finance

This is a rare opportunity to work with a skilled team delivering aeromedical evacuation, crash response, utility support and strategic deployment capability to the Australian Defence Force.
