About our Aviation Support Role
This is a multi-disciplinary leadership position responsible for managing end-to-end contracts, liaising with clients, and supporting business development across Defence initiatives.
- Lead contract performance, reporting, and compliance
- Manage day-to-day operational coordination and logistics support for deployments and exercises
- Provide strategic support for new business capture and contract mobilisation
- Maintain high-level relationships with Defence stakeholders
- Liaise with government entities to support regional contingency and humanitarian response missions
- Support base operations, facilities management, and personnel admin needs
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across operations, safety, engineering, and finance
We are seeking an agile, detail-oriented professional with a strong Defence background and a passion for delivering high-quality services.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in a Defence-related role, preferably with rotary wing exposure
- A B. Aviation degree would be advantageous
- Strong project and contract management skills with a focus on compliance and reporting
- Commercial awareness of tendering processes and business development
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and client relationship skills, particularly with Defence agencies
- Experience with operational logistics support, deployment coordination, and aircraft readiness
- Ability to hold or obtain a Defence Security Clearance and Aviation Security ID
