We are currently seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain professional to join our team as a key player in executing existing programs and new business initiatives. The role is pivotal in leading a team of purchasing specialists in executing daily activities encompassing; purchase order management, reconciliation, and ensuring timely delivery to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process high-level aviation and non-aviation purchasing tasks including processing, movement, and tracking of purchase orders until fulfillment.
- Manage data and perform updates of databases for reporting to project and business management ensuring data integrity and timeliness.
- Collaborate within a team environment supporting key program stakeholders
- Ensure On-Time Delivery from suppliers

Requirements:

- Previous experience in Purchasing and Supply Management in aviation and/or Defence environment
- Demonstrated high level of integrity and procurement ethics.
- Ability to work independently and produce a high standard of work.
- Experience in using Oracle ERP (desired).
- Must be an Australian Citizen to meet Defence security requirements.
