Senior Leadership Program Director

About the Role:

We're seeking a visionary leader to drive our learning, leadership, and engagement strategy nationwide. As a Senior Leadership Program Director, you'll design and deliver bespoke leadership development programs that inspire, engage, and upskill leaders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver leadership development programs aligned with our business strategy.
  • Partner with executives and stakeholders to ensure initiatives meet business needs.
  • Lead culture and engagement programs that connect teams to our purpose and values.
  • Maintain and grow training pathways to keep us at the forefront of industry learning.
  • Guide a high-performing team through change, complexity, and pace by delivering on time, to scope, and to a high standard.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership in Organisational Development, Learning & Culture in large, multi-site environments.
  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills from executive leaders to the frontline.
  • Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and hands-on delivery.
  • Passion for results-driven execution.
  • Creative, curious mindset with courage to challenge the status quo.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and comfort working at pace in an evolving environment.
