Job Overview:

The Marketing Planning and GTM Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving business excellence within the Consumer Marketing team. Key areas of focus encompass strategy, enablement, and culture.

This position involves coordinating activities across Consumer Marketing to deliver shared priorities and drive consistency and efficiency of marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a marketing or operations role. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills are essential. Project management and analytical skills are also required.

This opportunity offers a unique chance to work with a Centre of Excellence within the Marketing function. The team partners closely with other Marketing CoEs to help deliver both the Marketing and Corporate Affairs priorities.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate GTM planning across the team to optimize impact and effectiveness.
  • Support cross-team reporting, analysis, and communication of insights.
  • Manage budgets and reporting to support operational efficiency.
  • Prepare presentations and other communications tools to support key business priorities.
Requirements:
