Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our Dove Specialist Palliative Care Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and be able to provide high-quality care to patients with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient-centered care that meets the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience working in a palliative care environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- Salary: $54.44 - $58.30 per hour.
- Superannuation: Up to 12.75% employer contribution.
- Annual leave loading: 17.5%.
