
Customer Enquiry Resolution Specialist

About the Role:
This position offers a unique opportunity to join our team and support our Telecommunications Sector. It is an ideal chance to foster positive relationships and collaboration among various stakeholders, manage customer inquiries through to resolution, in line with client requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage landowner queries and complaints in collaboration with both internal teams and Field teams.
- Manage escalated and sensitive complaints ensuring strict adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and alignment with client expectations.
- Proactively resolve issues through structured conflict resolution processes and cross-functional collaboration, guaranteeing timely and high-quality service outcomes.
- Capture data, documentation, and correspondence in both internal and client platforms.
- Where required, liaise with clients to problem solve and troubleshoot solutions.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including local residents and councils.
- Work within a wider, large supportive, and experienced team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate previous experience in a conflict resolutions environment, preferably within a large construction environment.
- Experience in manipulating data in CRM-based software systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team; collaborate effectively with others.
- The ability to prioritize competing demands and manage time efficiently.
- An empathetic nature coupled with a resilient personality.
- Sound problem-solving abilities to manage inquiries and complaints.
- A focused mindset with a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
