
Customer Resolution Specialist

Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Customer Resolution Specialist in the Telecommunications Sector.
You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries through to resolution, fostering positive relationships and collaboration among stakeholders, and ensuring timely and high-quality service outcomes.
- Manage landowner queries and complaints in collaboration with both internal teams and field teams.
- Manage escalated and sensitive complaints ensuring strict adherence to KPIs and alignment with client expectations.
- Proactively resolve issues through structured conflict resolution processes and cross-functional collaboration.
- Capture data, documentation, and correspondence in both internal and client platforms.
- Liaise with clients to problem-solve and troubleshoot solutions.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including local residents and councils.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrate previous experience in a conflict resolutions environment, preferably within a large construction environment.
- Experience in manipulating data in CRM-based software systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
- Empathetic nature coupled with a resilient personality.
- Sound problem-solving abilities to manage enquiries and complaints.
- Focused mindset with a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
