Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Customer Resolution Specialist in the Telecommunications Sector.

You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries through to resolution, fostering positive relationships and collaboration among stakeholders, and ensuring timely and high-quality service outcomes.

  • Manage landowner queries and complaints in collaboration with both internal teams and field teams.
  • Manage escalated and sensitive complaints ensuring strict adherence to KPIs and alignment with client expectations.
  • Proactively resolve issues through structured conflict resolution processes and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Capture data, documentation, and correspondence in both internal and client platforms.
  • Liaise with clients to problem-solve and troubleshoot solutions.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including local residents and councils.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate previous experience in a conflict resolutions environment, preferably within a large construction environment.
  • Experience in manipulating data in CRM-based software systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
  • Empathetic nature coupled with a resilient personality.
  • Sound problem-solving abilities to manage enquiries and complaints.
  • Focused mindset with a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
