We are seeking a skilled professional to manage claims on a full-time fixed-term contract.
About the Role
- Enter, scan, and attach claims into the system daily for efficient processing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve claims in a timely manner.
- Investigate delivery discrepancies in line with business rules and agreed timeframes.
- Coordinate inspection activities for stock claims and ensure resolution.
- Process credit notes, rejection letters, and return orders within set deadlines.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by responding promptly to emails, voicemails, and phone enquiries.
