Join the Dispute Resolution Specialist role at IAG, Australia's largest general insurance group, helping to create a safer and more resilient society.

Your Role

As a Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will guide customers and stakeholders towards fair resolutions, managing complaints through IAG's IDR process or external schemes like AFCA. We provide four weeks of comprehensive training and offer flexible work arrangements, including work from home and office options.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and resolve complaints via IAG's IDR and external schemes.
  2. Engage with customers and stakeholders with clarity and support.
  3. Assess complaints, make decisions, and communicate empathetically.
  4. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in dispute resolution or complaint management, preferably in insurance.
  • Legal or mediation qualifications are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of AFCA processes and regulatory standards.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle diverse cases confidently and professionally.
  • Effective time management skills.
