Job Title: Regional Operational Specialist

The Regional Operational Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operational execution across their assigned region. Key responsibilities include vendor coordination, service call dispatching, and maintaining up-to-date vendor records.

This individual serves as the subject matter expert for their region, guaranteeing that service calls meet client expectations, vendors adhere to company standards, and operational processes are efficient and compliant.

  • Service Call Management: Dispatch all service calls received from divisions, ensuring vendors are onsite within 48 hours or sooner for urgent requests.
  • Vendor Coordination: Develop strong relationships with vendors, understanding their strengths, weaknesses, and trade specialties.
  • Documentation & Notes: Ensure all service calls and vendor interactions are documented with clear and detailed notes.
  • Operational Oversight: Maintain a strong focus on client retention, ensuring satisfaction rates exceed 90%.

The Regional Operational Specialist collaborates with vendors to improve performance and adherence to company standards, while also holding vendors accountable for service quality and escalating concerns to the relevant authorities when necessary.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as an analytical mindset for identifying and addressing systemic issues. The ideal candidate will be proactive in vendor management and process improvement, with a collaborative and relationship-focused approach.
