Job Overview:

The Regional IT Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between the regional team and the IT department, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.

This role requires strong administrative skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage and coordinate IT service delivery in the geographic region.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and act as an escalation point for end-user issues.
  • Collaborate with the IT Service Centre/Help Desk to meet end-user support needs.
  • Review and audit service management reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Work closely with the Regional IT Manager on facilities planning and IT infrastructure provisioning.
  • Investigate security breaches and assist with disciplinary actions and legal matters.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide career development opportunities for direct reports.

Requirements:

  • Possess a tertiary qualification in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Hold 3 years' experience in an IT environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Be a valid driver's license holder with a willingness to travel.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and assertiveness skills.
