Job Summary:

This role will oversee regional IT operations, collaborating closely with the Regional IT Manager to deliver high-quality services to customers. Key responsibilities include managing assigned team members and providing support for service delivery.

  • Responsible for regional IT infrastructure planning and management.
  • Customer-facing representative who serves as an escalation point for unresolved issues and complaints.
  • Coordinates regional IT support services in collaboration with the Service Centre/Help Desk.
  • Reviews service management reports and contributes to data-driven decision-making.
  • Partners with the Regional IT Manager to provide facilities planning and provisioning services for office expansions and consolidations.
  • Assists in investigating security breaches, identifying root causes, and implementing remediation actions.
  • Liaises with direct reports for career development and performance reviews.
  • Ensures prompt incident reporting according to Security Incident Response procedures.
Key Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in an IT environment.
