Job Opportunity:

This role involves providing technical support services to various ICT systems, infrastructure, and applications within the Department of Police, Fire and Emergency Management (DPFEM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customer-focused support to ensure seamless operation of DPFEM's ICT systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
