Job Title: ICT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ICT support specialist to join our team in Hobart CBD. As an ICT help desk support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to resolve IT service requests.

About the Role:

  • Respond to IT service requests to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide remote and in-person support to technical and non-technical users.
  • Assess issues and prioritise accordingly, running diagnostics and troubleshooting simple and complex problems.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an IT support role.
  • Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
