Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ICT Officer to provide exceptional customer support services for our Information and Communications Technology systems, infrastructure, and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical assistance for our ICT systems and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows desktop and server, SQL, and COTS applications.
  • Experience in IP networking configuration and security.
  • Proficiency in VMware virtualization.
  • Knowledge of IT service management principles and ITIL framework.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
