About This Role

CareChoice is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team in the Warrnambool area.

We are looking for individuals who can provide quality services and safeguards to our clients, with an emphasis on skill and capacity building to encourage independence and confidence for meaningful and active inclusion in society.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting our Participants with complex care requirements
  • Implementing behavioural strategy supports and building rapport with Participants
  • Providing quality care services and promoting independence and confidence
Requirements
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Certificate IV in Disability
  • Minimum 12 months experience working with clients that have complex care requirements
  • Valid Driver's Licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle

We have several 24:7 clients, with shifts available at all times, including weekday shifts, evening, and weekend shifts, with penalty rates applying on weekends, Public Holidays, after 8pm and after 12 pm.
