Job Title:

Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) Specialist to join our team on an initial 12-month contract with possible extensions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SCCM infrastructure administration, including quarterly updates, managed OS deployments, patching strategies utilising Intune and SCCM, security updates, patches, and hotfixes. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing and implementing patch and vulnerability remediation processes, ensuring systems adhere to security and compliance standards, and analysing and resolving complex enterprise system hardware and software problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SCCM infrastructure administration including quarterly updates.
  • Assist with managed OS deployments.
  • Implement and manage patching strategies utilising Intune and SCCM.
  • Deployment of security updates, patches, and hotfixes.
  • Develop and implement patch and vulnerability remediation processes.
  • Ensure systems adhere to security and compliance standards.
  • Analyse and resolve complex enterprise system hardware and software problems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with SCOM to monitor, configure, deploy and manage IT infrastructure.
