Cloud Computing Specialist

This is a role within the Technology and Information Management team, focusing on maintaining Comcare's ICT infrastructure. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, governance, solutions, and advice for effective information management.

The Cloud Computing Specialist will be part of the Cloud Services unit and will work alongside other members to maintain the extensive ICT environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining Comcare's ICT infrastructure
  • Providing architectural and project services for cloud migrations
  • Managing and supporting key systems within Comcare's ICT environment

Eligibility and specific conditions of employment require Australian citizenship, character clearance, health clearance, and a six-month probationary period for new engagements. Some occasional intra- and interstate travel may be required.

A well-developed technical skillset in supporting an enterprise cloud computing environment is essential for this role. Experience working with enterprise computing platforms and knowledge of cloud computing environments are also highly valued.
