System Oversight
: Oversee system availability and performance across test, pre-production, and production environments.
Collaboration
: Collaborate closely with security, application, and DevOps teams to build and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions.
Expert Guidance
: Provide expert-level guidance on automation, cloud strategies, and infrastructure optimization.
Monitoring Tools
: Manage monitoring tools and processes to enable proactive detection and resolution of issues.
ITIL Compliance
: Ensure adherence to ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, and change management.
Stakeholder Engagement
: Lead stakeholder engagement to communicate infrastructure health, risks, and project updates.
