Senior Infrastructure Executive Position

Main Responsibilities:

  • System Oversight and Management: Oversee system availability and performance across various environments.
  • Collaborative Partnership Building: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Expert Guidance and Support: Provide expert-level guidance on automation, cloud strategies, and infrastructure optimization.
  • Monitoring and Detection Tools: Manage monitoring tools and processes to enable proactive detection and resolution of issues.
  • Process Adherence and Compliance: Ensure adherence to ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Lead stakeholder engagement to communicate infrastructure health, risks, and project updates.
