Site Operations Leader

We partner with pharmaceutical and biotech companies to accelerate the development of new medicines worldwide. As a leader in site operations, you will oversee Biospecimen Operations across APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality operations.
- Establish performance metrics aligned with corporate standards.
- Promote a culture of trust, accountability, and adaptability.
- Develop strategic plans for start-up, growth, and expansion of clinical central lab operations.
Biospecimen Operations and Clinical Trial Materials
- Manage accessioning, biorepository, and kit building teams across APAC.
- Forecast labor needs and manage resources to meet operational demands.
- Implement continuous improvement in operational efficiency, productivity, and consistency.
Requirements
- A relevant bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree such as a Master's (MBA/MS) is preferred.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a management role within a clinical or central laboratory environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in start-up or scaling operations within the clinical laboratory or diagnostics industry is highly desirable.
