Site Leadership Opportunity

As a leading force in Australian sports facilities, we deliver top-quality netting products and services to ensure the safety and performance of sporting venues nationwide.

We're seeking an experienced leader who thrives on-site. As a Senior Site Leader, you'll oversee a small team within a fast-paced business, executing all on-site activities and ensuring seamless execution of civil and structural works.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Technical & On-Site Execution: oversee and execute civil and structural works, conduct site set outs, and liaise with surveyors to ensure accuracy in project execution.
  • Site Management & Safety Compliance: take full responsibility for on-site safety, ensure compliance with all regulations, SWMs, and JSAs, and maintain a high-performance culture.
  • Software & Database Management (Field Operations): ensure Tradify and project management software is used correctly and consistently by the installation team on-site.
  • Coordination & Communication: liaise with project managers, engineers, surveyors, and subcontractors to align work on-site, and ensure seamless communication between on-site teams and office-based project coordination.

To be successful, you must have a minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Site Foreman, Supervisor, or similar role in the civil/construction industry. You should hold a valid manual motor vehicle license, certificate in Construction or Civil Construction (preferred), and possess strong technical proficiency in bored piers, concrete works, crane operations, and civil works.
