We aim to drive change for communities by providing innovative solutions that address system performance deficiencies and growth servicing plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop concepts to address system performance deficiencies and growth servicing plans.
  • Lead development of scenarios considering climate change, water efficiencies, and Infrastructure Wide Capital Management (IWCM).
  • Develop asset class plans or renewal strategies.
  • Assess options and justify business cases.
  • Produce reports and technical documents.
  • Build relationships with key clients and develop a portfolio of work.
  • Manage projects, ensuring quality, cost, and program requirements are met.
  • Lead water network planning and strategy projects.
  • Collaborate with our Digital and Advisory teams to apply innovative thinking to projects.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • A minimum of 5-15 years of experience in a water network planning role with a focus on water infrastructure projects.
  • Strategic planning skills, including water planning and modeling.
  • Software experience in InfoWorks WS Pro and GIS software.
  • Project management and client relationship experience.
  • RPEV (Civil) registration or in-process registration.
