Complex Project Lead

The position involves leading projects across various capital water infrastructure initiatives, including valves, hydrants, water pump stations, network renewals, and water main replacements within the City of Brisbane.
As a Project Manager, you will be collaborating with multiple teams to ensure seamless project transitions and success. Our team is at the forefront of civil construction initiatives, including water and wastewater treatment plants, expansive water and wastewater networks, critical asset renewal projects, and sustainable energy and utilities projects.
We seek an experienced Project Manager to manage complex projects varying in size and scope. Key responsibilities include:
- Fostering innovation, developing team members, providing mentoring, and demonstrating a strong commitment to our standard and safety.
- Supporting budget management processes, collaborating with the Senior Project Manager to optimize cost, implement improvements, and ensure accurate records and forecasting.
- Supporting procurement processes, including the implementation of Procurement Management Plan, subcontractor engagement, and supplier relationships.
- Building strong relationships across design teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to support optimal delivery and partnership.
