Delivering Complex Infrastructure Projects

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide strategic engineering expertise to achieve the completion of contracted works in accordance with client requirements and project plans.

This role involves overseeing project tracking, reporting, and controls to a high standard, as well as guiding and leading the project engineering team.

Detailed Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective engineering leadership to ensure delivery of contracted works in line with project objectives.
  • Oversee project tracking, reporting, and controls to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
  • Lead and guide the project engineering team to achieve project goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required for this position. A current Queensland Open Driver's Licence and General Construction Induction (white card/blue card) are also necessary.

Minimum 5 years of experience at a senior level in civil engineering and construction is essential, along with strong knowledge of civil construction standards, legislation, and related practices.

Experience applying project management principles, managing project commercials, liaising with stakeholders, and managing teams are highly desirable.
