Job Description

Lead a high-profile residential project in Milton from the early works phase through to completion. Manage a team of Contract Administrators and supervisors, and collaborate with a high-performing leadership team who value innovation and delivery excellence.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for an established construction company, with a strong background in commercial management and industrial relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive project success from design through to handover, with full autonomy.
  • Manage program, budget, and client relationships on a flagship project.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements

The Senior Project Manager will need to possess:

  • A Construction Management degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for an established construction company.
  • High rise project experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to effectively manage Industrial Relations.
