Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking expressions of interest from candidates with experience in curriculum and materials development in Pacific Island languages, specifically Bislama, Tok Pisin, and Solomon Islands Pijin.
- Review and update existing curriculum
- Design, create, and develop lesson plans, as well as learning and teaching materials
- Deliver language training and assessment as requested
- Perform other duties within the scope of the classification as requested
This involves using knowledge of teaching methods and techniques to create engaging learning resources.

- Qualifications and experience in teaching a foreign language
- Proven ability and experience in curriculum development
- Proven ability and experience in developing learning and teaching resources
- Demonstrated understanding of teaching methods and techniques
- Organisational skills, including time management capability and experience
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
This role can be delivered entirely online, working from home, and is available to applicants located anywhere in Australia.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
