Are you a customer champion looking for a new challenge?

This casual role is based in our Melbourne CBD area and requires you to travel between locations to support our branches and customers. Mileage is paid.

The hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, with the first 8 weeks requiring full-time availability for training and onboarding.

Key responsibilities include supporting customers, assisting with product identification, ensuring seamless customer experiences, demonstrating digital banking options, and undertaking ongoing training and development.
