Customer Experience Coordinator Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to drive our customer-centric culture and improve the customer journey across our projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in guiding customers through processes, ensuring consistent communication and support. They'll be able to understand and communicate using construction-related terminology to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities include collecting, analysing and reporting on customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Additionally, they'll support the design and implementation of customer experience programs, projects and campaigns.

Requirements
  • Background in customer experience coordination within industries such as construction, property development, local council or insurance.
  • Experience in guiding customers through processes that span an extended period of time, ensuring consistent communication and support.
  • Able to understand and communicate using construction-related terminology to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and feedback.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Positive, proactive and passionate about improving customer experiences.
