About the Role:
  • Evaluate and describe asset management and facilities management service delivery models, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  • Review client asset management and facilities management service delivery models against industry best practice.
  • Prepare lifecycle and whole of life cost models for asset management and facilities management services under PPP models.
  • Assist with building condition audits, provide advice on building maintenance, including preventative and reactive maintenance.
  • Draft contracting and procurement documentation for asset management and facilities management services.
  • Conduct contract administration tasks, evaluate asset and facilities management systems.

The successful candidate will be required to deliver high-quality asset management and facilities management services to our clients.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivering asset management and facilities management services.
  • Tertiary qualification in building, asset management or facilities management.
