The role of Senior Maintenance Manager is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of organizational maintenance activities. As a senior leader, you will oversee the management of maintenance teams across a complex organizational structure, ensuring that all maintenance activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.

  • Oversee maintenance performed by internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.\
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure compliance with approved systems and regulations.\
  • Plan, schedule, and manage maintenance activities to meet program priorities and objectives.\
  • Monitor and control maintenance activities to ensure completion within budget, schedule, and required quality outcomes.\
  • Champion the deployment of maintenance management systems, including policy, regulations, safety, and training requirements.\\Requirements:\\

    • Degree in Engineering or related field.\
    • Diploma in Leadership & Management or equivalent.\
    • Minimum 12 years relevant experience.\
    • Practical knowledge of leading and managing process execution, projects, and tactics within a work area.\
    • Advanced knowledge and skills specifically within radio and information communication systems.\
    • Substantial experience working at a management level within a complex integrated team project environment.\\
