Leadership Opportunity in Business Operations

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive growth and excellence across multiple business units.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service, improving operational performance, and achieving profitability targets.

  • Drive your team to deliver on performance objectives.
  • Improve operational efficiencies and enhance the customers' and employees' experience.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives in all areas of responsibility.
  • Ensure value for money for customers by overseeing resource utilisation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Represent the business within industry associations, events, and customer activities.
  • Ensure business is conducted in accordance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.

As a high performing leader, you will thrive on exceeding customer needs. You will build trusted relationships and use your superior engagement, negotiating, and influencing skills to achieve agreed strategic objectives.

Key requirements include:

  • Extensive experience leading Sales & Operations teams, ideally with heavy machinery industry exposure.
  • Strong project, people, and commercial management skills.
  • Sound conflict resolution, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer, business, and people needs.
  • Ability to improve performance through coaching and management.
  • Dedicated commitment to safety and quality work practices.
  • Formal qualifications in sales, marketing, or business would be considered favourably.
