Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to lead our team in maintaining and operating critical defense infrastructure.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse and talented team of professionals in Exmouth, Western Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance and operations of our supporting base facilities and emergency response capability.
- Lead a cross-functional team to manage budget, resources, reporting, and deliverables.
- Evaluate and implement Quality & EH&S standards in line with company policies.
- Manage financial aspects including Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities.
- Maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Adhere to company expectations regarding professional workplace behavior.
This role requires experience supervising a team, advanced knowledge of maintenance management, and relevant certifications or diplomas.
A minimum of four years of prior relevant experience is required.
Candidates must be eligible for a Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance.
This is a mid-senior level, full-time position in the Management and Manufacturing industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Leadership skills with ability to foster a strong and safe team culture.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong technical/trade background with knowledge of maintenance management.
- Relevant certifications or diplomas such as Diploma in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, or Engineering.
- Diploma in Leadership & Management or equivalent.
