Job Title

A supportive role is available for an experienced professional to contribute to inclusive kindergarten programs in Metro West.

About the Role

This full-time position involves working closely with educators to provide high-quality, tailored support and guidance. You will be responsible for helping educators develop their skills and knowledge to deliver effective, inclusive programs that cater to the diverse needs of all children.

You will work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals to foster a positive learning environment that promotes each child's unique interests, abilities, and needs.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with educators to develop and implement inclusive kindergarten programs.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to help educators build their confidence and skills.
  • Foster strong partnerships among educators, families, and other professionals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent qualification.
  • Additional qualifications in Special Education are highly regarded.
  • A current Victorian driver's license to support travel across early childhood settings.
  • A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework.
  • Knowledge of inclusion barriers in kindergarten settings and strategies to support diverse learning needs.
