Job Description

The role of Change Enablement Manager is crucial in ensuring seamless transitions within multi-provider environments.

  • Establish and manage CAB protocols and change approval hierarchies to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Oversee end-to-end change management workflows, coordinating change requests and scheduling across providers to minimize service impact.
  • Monitor and report on the impact of changes to services and business operations, aligning ITSM processes with business objectives.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure successful change delivery across highly secured and consulting environments.
Required Skills and Experience

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business analysis, process design, and organizational change, with a strong background in Change Enablement.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within SIAM governance models, with expertise in ITSM alignment, change frameworks, and service transition.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a pragmatic, user-focused approach to delivering sustainable and measurable change outcomes.
